_You haven't received your package? 

Don't worry, our average delivery times are 8 to 10 days. 

Contact us at via the email address to let us know an item not received.

_You received an item but it arrived damaged? 
The post office has surely mishandled your package. 
Contact us via the address with the following details: 
- Order number. 
- Description of the problem. 
- A photo or a video. 

_You want to cancel or modify your order? 
We process orders promptly, within 10 min of purchase. For this reason, you have 10 min after the order to cancel or modify your order by contacting us via the address 

Beyond that, the order will be automatically shipped ... < br> 
In this case, you will have to wait for delivery and send the items back to us for a refund (product cost + delivery). Return costs are your responsibility. 

_You have received your item but you no longer want it? 

No problem! you can return your item to us up to 30 days after receipt. Return costs will be at your expense.

Here are the 3 steps to perform:

- Print the return document 
- Send us your item along with the form to the address we will send you by email. The cost of returns will be payable by you.

After receiving the item in our warehouses, we will reimburse you for your entire purchase (product cost only) in the form of a voucher. (If you want another reimbursement method, please let us know).
