_You haven't received your package?

Don't worry, our average delivery times are 2 to 4 days for France.

Please note: response times may be longer at this time.


_You received an item but it arrived damaged?
The post office probably mishandled your package.
Contact us via the address hello@moom-paris.co avec the following details:
- Order number.
- The description of the problem.
- A photo or a video.


_Do you want to cancel or modify your order?
We process orders quickly to meet our commitment to deadlines. For this reason, you do not have the possibility to cancel or modify your order after ordering, however rest assured, once the items are received, you canreturn them to us for a refund (cost of the product excluding shipping costs). Return costs are free for 30 days (only in France).


_You received your item but you no longer want it?

No problem! You can return your item to us up to 30 days after receipt.

Free returns only from France.

Outside France, returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Here are the 3 steps to follow:

- Contact us via chat
- Print and complete the return form that we will send you.
- Send us your article along with the form to the address we will send you by email.

After receiving the item in our warehouses, we will refund your purchase (excluding shipping costs) by bank transfer or PayPal to your original payment method.
