The CaryExplorer™ respects the principles of physiological babywearing:

  • naturally rounded back

  • tilted pelvis

  • knees slightly higher than hips ("M" position)

This position is recognized for promoting baby's comfort and supporting the proper development of their hips.

The CaryExplorer™ complies with the requirements of standard EN 13209-2 for soft baby carriers.

The CaryExplorer™ is designed for use from birth, from 3.2 kg, excluding premature babies, in accordance with safety recommendations.

For optimal carrying from birth, we recommend following these tips:

  • Position the waist belt high enough, typically just below the chest, so that the baby's head is visible and their airways are clear.
  • Adjust the shoulder straps so that the baby is well supported, without compression.
  • Fold the neck cushion inside the panel to support the head and neck during the first few weeks (approximately 0 to 8 weeks).
  • Ensure that the baby is in an ergonomic "M" position (knees higher than hips).

No, it's not mandatory.

At birth,the legs can remain inside the baby carrier, as long as the ergonomic "M" position is maintained.

As the baby grows, the legs will naturally extend out to each side of the seat.

Quality and shipping

Best bag for mom

Great changing bag

After much consideration, I ordered the Mum Explorer diaper bag. Not only is it very pretty, but above all, it's very practical. The backpack format is ideal for easily carrying essentials. The size is perfect, especially for mid-season when you tend to pack "just in case it gets cold."
The fact that it's a French brand is also important.
